1. We Can Thank Italy For Making Fireworks Pretty

3. Disney Is One of the Largest Fireworks Consumers in the U.S.

4. Americans Spend $1.5 Billion on Fireworks Annually


Fireworks are deeply rooted in American history. According to CNBC, these days, in the U.S. alone, consumers spend around $1.5 billion on fireworks.


5. The World’s Largest Fireworks Show Was in the Philippines


The Guinness World Record holder for the largest firework display belongs to the Philippines. On January 1, 2016, Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ) put on a show that consisted of 810,904 fireworks, lasting an astonishing 61 minutes and 32 seconds.
